If the commission needs to be completed within a certain date please let me know beforehand

Additional cost may be added to the base price the more complex it is

Do not modify or profit off my work

Posting the commission piece on social media is allowed as long as you credit me

I have the right to decline your order if they're not aligned with my policy

I will not charge changes in the sketch and line art stages. Beyond that I will charge 10% of the base price

Provide any ways to contact you for the purpose of keeping you updated (DMs, email etc.)
Backgrounds

I will not charge for simple solid color or gradient backgrounds

Average costs are only rough estimates and are not fixed. It may vary depending on complexity

Must provide a reference sheet or any image with a clear representation of your character

Brief description of their personalities

Relationship with canon characters (optional)
Payment Rules

I only accept PayPal

I will send you an invoice after I’ve accepted your order

Do not pay until you have received the invoice

You can choose to pay upfront or pay the first half and the other half later (the flat color stage being the latest time to pay)

I will only start drawing once I receive the payment
